The kids turned out in force at Queen's Park on Saturday for real estate agent Derrick Thornhill's annual pumpkin patch event.

Kids of all ages took home their favourite gourd, while parents had tasty treats such as Tim Hortons coffee, hot chocolate and Timbits to keep them nourished.

Record photographer Lisa King was on hand to capture all the festivities. Check out the accompanying photo gallery to see who took home the biggest pumpkin.
