Thousands of people turned up on Saturday for the Quayside Boardwalk Festival and Sale.

The annual event encourages residents to recycle their once-treasured goods.

The event featured more than 150 vendors, a garage sale, entertainment, pet centres and a kids' zone.

Musical entertainment was provided by The Knots and Legal Limit. The festival also included a raffle, with proceeds going to support the Royal City Music Theatre Society. Attendees also brought in non-perishable items for the food bank.
