New Westminster minor lacrosse is holding registration for the upcoming season at Queen's Park Arena this Saturday.

Signup for boys and girls from mini-tyke to midget will be held in the arena lobby from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Registration for intermediate B boys and junior girls only will be held at the same time and location.

The registration fee includes team picture, shorts, use of game jersey and player insurance. First-time players in novice, tyke and mini-tyke will also receive a free lacrosse stick.

There are also special family rates.

Parents need to submit the child's care card number, a photocopy of the player's birth certificate and proof of New West residency along with the registration form.

A clothing sale will also take place at the same time.
