Clothing sale: North Shore Alliance Church, 201 East 23rd St., North Vancouver, will host a clothing sale this Friday, May 4, 1: 30-4 p.m. to raise funds for four youths travelling to Rwanda this summer for a mission trip through Youth Unlimited. Fill A Truck event will take place nationwide in 70 communities on Saturday, May 19. Donate your gently used clothing and small electronics to help reach a goal of collecting one million kilograms of donated items across Canada through the Clothesline program. All net proceeds directly support the Canadian Diabetes Association and its diabetes research, education and advocacy efforts.
