Dr. Bill Hoffman leads a gaggle of eccentric folks in group therapy - but as it turns out, he might be the craziest and most self-obsessed of all. His patients don't know it, considering Dr. Bill hides behind a celebrity image carefully crafted by the best-selling self-help books he's written. Members of the group take Dr. Bill's advice to heart, until they begin to realize he needs the therapy more than they do.
